Plastic Surgery Disasters is the second full-length album by the Dead Kennedys, released in June 1982. The "Fiscal 1983 U.S. Tour," also known as the "Destroy Efficiency" tour, was the band's major North American tour promoting the album.

The shirt is in excellent condition, there are no holes or major visual flaws. Single-stitched sleeves and hem, true to the era. Please review the photos for more details.
