Modern Screen was an American pop-culture fan magazine published between 1930 and 1985. During the peak of the fan-mag boom, publications like Modern Screen, 16 Magazine, and Tiger Beat regularly monetized their massive reader base by offering exclusive mail-order merchandise in their back pages. Readers could send in cash or checks to order t-shirts.
While several bootlegs and modern reprints of this design have surfaced over the years, this piece is the officially licensed and copyrighted 1984 Modern Screen release.
The shirt has some natural fading to the graphic and a few very small faint stains but in beautiful condition overall. Single stitched sleeves and hem, true to the era. Review the pictures for more details.
Note on Vintage Condition:
The item offered is the exact shirt photographed. As with any vintage item, it may show signs of wear such as minor pinholes, fraying, or light discoloration. Please review photos carefully.
